Always a joy. Friendly, helpful knowledgeable staff, self-serve computer kiosks to help locate books and availability, ability to place orders for pickup when items are not in store, a wide variety of special interest and niche products and gift ideas, comfortable seating available, bright, open plan arrangement of store, public bathroom available and a limited Starbucks cafe. This store also offers fun events such as a Harry Potter night with tons of activities, for example. For a big box store, it is incredibly inviting and enjoyable, and can be a bit difficult to leave, as one is constantly finding new gems as you try to make your way out the door. Highly recommend.

I love coming here with a coffee to peruse all the books. There are always some interesting cookbooks in the discount/sales area and I rarely leave empty handed. Because there is a Starbucks attached, the store smells like coffee and books which I just heavenly to me
