(July 31, 2016, 4:42 am)Service is iffy, a lot of the items are overpriced (got the exact same thing, same brand for 30$ less at walmart) but every now and then the customer service is incredible. Went in to exchange something the other day that I bought months ago, and they were so unbelievably helpful. I didn't have the receipt so they asked me to sign this paper, then they brought out the new one (I had bought a car seat base and the one they gave me was outdated) and let me try it in my car and make sure the carseat fit and everything. I could not have been happier with them that day, they were genuinely concerned about what had happened and cared, which was definitely nice at 37 weeks pregnant!
