  Staff is amazing. They treated me like gold. They made me feel comfortable while I went through the unfortunately xray results for my dog and later in the week when I had to put her down. The one lady gave me salted caramel chocolate on my way out of the door, which was tasty and very kind of her!
  The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because it could use some upgrading in the rooms you go in with your pet. If I could give 4.5 star, I would be. The partial shutter doors aren't very comforting when being told unfortunate news, might as well have no door. When you're sobbing and need a minute, it's hard to concentrate or get it together when you can here people coming in and out from the main lobby.
  Besides that, it was a good experience because of the staff. The actual vet, said the most kind words before I said goodbye to my Bella. It most certainly helped me feel much better about my decision.
