Joe, the sales person and installer advised us of all the pros and cons of curved and straight stair lifts as well as their ability to quickly answer service calls, if required. The two man installation was done professionally and took approximately 4 hours. A day later two minor problems arose and were quickly remedied by a Berg Elevating Repairs General Services professional in less than 24 hours. It was a treat to work with professionals who stand behind their product and believe in complete customer satisfaction. Personal thanks to "Joe".
