Very professional and worked hard to get the job done in a timely fashion despite being incredibly busy. I had some issues with a sub trade on the job and Dan listened to my concerns and tried his best to pick up the slack and make the job run smoothly.
I work in construction myself and have pretty high standards when it comes to work being done on my own house. Loyalist did not disappoint and I would not hesitate to hire them again. -

(September 8, 2021, 6:10 pm)We had Dan from Loyalist do an excavation on the back of our house and waterproof the foundation. As of today, no water in the basement. Dan was very professional and always answered any questions we had. I Would highly recommend this company!

(August 26, 2021, 12:39 pm)Just had Dan, Troy, and their team complete a project for us that involved waterproofing a portion of our foundation as well as excavation of an area of our backyard for a patio. Absolutely fantastic experience! They are extremely hard workers (even through a heat wave!), with great attention to detail. There was great communication prior to, during, and post project. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

They are very professional, accommodating and informative. Once completed the area was cleaned beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Dan and his crew and thank them for the work they done.

They were very professional and courteous. Once completed, the job site was left clean and nicely landscaped. Very pleased....thank you !
