  Unfortunately, my experience with Ward's has been mediocre. At previous visits dealing with parts, I have always received good service and timely delivery of parts that needed to be ordered. I brought my boat in 2 weeks ago for service with a no spark problem on my outboard. There has been a lack of communication to let me know what is going on with it and what parts are needed. I have had to initiate the conversation to get any information. After two weeks, and what seems to be a complete rebuild of my ignition system, I'm still waiting for parts. I realize this is a busy time of the year, but I was hoping that the service would have been quicker than it has been. I'm frustrated at this point and will think twice about taking my equipment for service here again.

  Great service. If they don't get it right the first time, they dig in and correct it and don't charge you. Knowledgeable, courteous - even at their peak part of their season. 9.9 Mercury outboard was serviced.

  A fantastic sales experience and customer service. These guys stand behind their products and make it right for the customer. Doug greatly assisted me to select an outboard for my boat and made sure it was the right fit for my boat. After a test run, it proved too much for the boat, due to my own fault for trying to max out hp, however I was able exchange it for the right power selection. Greg, the owner, wanted to make sure I had the right fit. What a great sales experience. The also support the troops and will give discounts where available. Great local business and I highly recommend them for your boating needs. Thank you especially to Doug for all your help and advice.

  The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They really know their stuff. I've been taking my outboard engines there for service and annual maintenance for many years. They always do a top notch job. Prices are quite reasonable both for sales and service. Highly recommended.
