(September 20, 2021, 9:28 pm)Rent is fair for a 2 bedroom but hard to get repairs done, takes forever and the cleanliness of the building is poor, as it only gets done once a week, if that. I have lived here for 5 years and we have gone through 5 property managers and 2 property owners, so that should tell you about these buildings.

(November 3, 2014, 4:47 pm)Michelle, who works in the office made it very easy to move in here. Excellent service. The apartments are nice and spacious with lots of storage space. The rent is fair, but you do have to pay extra for parking. Neighbours seem nice too. :)

(September 25, 2014, 10:44 pm)My experience with CLV especially Michelle was wonderful! I had a very short time line and they did their utmost to accommodate me. The apartment was very clean upon moving in and I was impressed with the thoroughness of the move-in inspection. Since then I have found the neighbourhood to be very nice and rural-like and close to the transit line as well as shops near by. I also am very impressed with how quickly I am able to get a response from Michelle and how much attention to detail she has in her follow ups; very impressive tracking system CLV basin the way of getting maintenance done within the apartments themselves. I am looking very forward to this coming year in the Virginia Street Apartments! Thanks again to everyone who made my move in go smoothly!

My representative Michelle Bisson in the Rental Office section was extremely helpful with my needs. Keeping me updated and making sure that my concerns where dealt with. She is a pleasure to deal with and always has a smile on her face.
