  Went in on a cold Wednesday evening and I was welcomed with a warm smile and complete freedom. I was in need of a perculiar item however and Stephanie K. was my lighthouse in a sea of options. We talked over what my situation was and found a great piece for a great price. I was given some tips on my choice and had a wonderful conversation in the process. I can't say enough.   I recently purchased a new mattress from Tim Macdonald and he is a wonderful salesperson. He was very knowledgeable, and helped me find the right mattress for my needs, and made the experience fun at the same time! The delivery went smoothly as well. I will be going back to him for all my furniture needs in the future.

  Tim the sales man was fantastic. We never stopped smiling and he got us to buy a mattress and bed and sofa. We look forward to sleeping in our new home with our new furniture. Thank you Tim for a pleasant experience!

  Amazing service from the moment we walked into the store. Mike Blair was FANTASTIC! He answered all of our questions with ease and went above and beyond for us every step of the way. We are so excited about our new mattress and TV coming at the end of the month and he pulled out all the stops for us. We will be back again in the near future and will highly recommend this location going forward! We are 110% satisfied customers after our experience. Thank you for all your help Mike. :)

  My wife and I have made many purchases at the brick in Kingston since we moved here. We recently bought new furniture for our rec room and Doug really hooked us up. Our items were delivered quickly and we were pleasantly surprised with some accessories that weren't part of the deal showed up with our furniture for free!
  
  Service as always was top notch for us. Special kudos to Tim for referring us to someone else when he thought they could better help. That kind of service is rare in an industry based on sales commissions.
