(September 21, 2021, 8:00 pm)I really like the atmosphere that Scott promotes, relaxed and fun without any pretenses. The outdoor space is large and really easy to feel safe and distanced. But, despite seeming really relaxed and simple, the workouts are efficient and effective. I think this is a real gem - outdoor, COVID safe, and so close to my house! This is top-notch, professional training with a focus on functional movements, without any nonsense promotions or fads. My humbled return to working out (post knee injury/COVID/children) means I have been taking Scott up on his ability to adapt exercises when needed. Come out and try this - you won't regret it!

(September 21, 2021, 6:40 pm)This is the kind of exercise I can commit to without hesitation- it's easy going in nature (although the workout isn't easy!), making accountability part of your own inner working model rather than drill sergeant modality. The group dynamics are lovely, and the workout is over before you know it. Diversity in exercises and humor through it makes the perfect combo.
