I have never had an issue with any of the alterations which have included pant hemming, letting out pants, and suit jacket tailoring. I would highly recommend to anyone in Kingston.

(August 18, 2020, 1:45 pm)friendly reliable service. I had a zipper replaced on a Patagonia down winter jacket. Replacement was well done, $50, took one week, no surprises, a and a couple zipper color options to choose from. I also had a patch sewn on to a trucker hat. sew job was as expected. only issue was that at 3pm on the Monday their card reader/interac was "down" and my only option was to pay cash. Overall, I was quite satisfied with their job of replacing the zipper on a favorite winter jacket.
