  We love the Best Western Fireside in Kingston. The rooms are warm and comforting, love the fireplaces and the combination of fine dining on one side and leisure pub atmosphere on the other is brilliant. Kingston is a great city to visit and the Fireside is a great place to stay!

  Loved the space themed suite. Super unique and relaxing. Two restaurants within the hotel to choose from which is super convenient though the prices a high in both. Cleanliness of the room was lacking during both of my stays in the "Tranquility Base" items left from previous guests such as food skewers, dropped pills in the washroom, cup rings on the coffee table etc. With all that aside the room was so nice that we decided to go back a second time within a two month window. Can't wait to go back.

  Excellent visit!! Love the hotel and the service is outstanding! We had the upgraded room with the Rolls Royce as a bed in it, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries!! Thank you -- Best Western Fireside Inn -- for making our weekend extra special!!

  I rented the tranquility base room. It was as described. Very cool features. Only 2 small complaints. The wine and strawberries. They only cut one single strawberry and sliced it. They could have added a few more. The fan up by the bed was broken. Only one setting on it worked. It is pretty pricey. At $300 + taxes and fees it is steep but overall a fun experience.

  Now the BEST HOTEL in Ontario!
  
  I now rate this hotel as the BEST HOTEL in Ontario. My wife and I stayed here at the Fireside Inn on an overnight stop en-route to a Toronto Christmas/New Year's visit to family, relatives and friends and this is a most-beautiful hotel. It has a very precious antique/heritage atmosphere. Everything here is a must for anyone looking to stay at a hotel in Kingston, Ontario. Hopefully this 1,000,001% satisfaction comment will bring them more business! Keep up the wonderful work.
  We were given an upgrade to a MOST BEAUTIFUL room to our surprise. WOW ...... no-matter-what room we get next time, we still plan to stay here. We hope to do a 2- or 3-night stay to enjoy the historic Kingston area and of course this beautiful hotel.
  Food, atmosphere, and very friendly staff were great as well in the Bistro Stefan Restaurant.
  We are very anxious for our next visit.
