  I joined SMA karate after almost 20 years away from Karate, and it has been a great experience. Shihan Rob Patry is very friendly and supportive of his students, helping everyone learn at their own pace. If you want to get in shape and learn some martial arts at the same time, this is the place for you!

  SMA Dojo is is a verry strict karate dojo. This is what one should consider when joining their children. My sun has a LOT of energy. So much he found this dojo boring and was scolded often. This does not mean it is a bad place to enroll in. The teacher's were great but a kid with more energy may have trouble in the class.
