  Great service from Steph at Universal Garage. For imports I wouldn't go anywhere else. They helped me with my VW when nobody else could!

  Quick, helpful service and the price was right. Dropped off my Beetle on a Tuesday evening and it was done by Wednesday afternoon. Would definitely go back.

  Last year I had a problem with my VW Jetta and I couldn’t be more thankful Universal Garage was there to help! I was visiting friends in Kingston and headed home the day before Canada and everything was closed for two days. I needed to get my car fixed so I could make it home and not spend money on hotels for the weekend. When I called they said they didn’t think they would have time to help me before the weekend; but thankfully they offered to have me come in for them to check it out anyways. When I got there, they made me their priority since I was alone in the city and they wanted to make sure I got home safely. They had my car fixed in under two hours and sent me on my way. I would recommend this garage to anyone, especially those with VW’s. Thank you to the staff here for helping me in such short notice!!

  Got the car in quickly to assess and give me a list of what was needed. Were helpful and quick. They took the time to explain everything to me.
