I ended up not bothering with one. That all changed when I recently stepped into the Kingston Ear Institute. The entire staff from Dr. Beyea to Sarah who conducted my hearing test, Allison who fitted me with the proper hearing aid and Mary with her pleasant smile who made sure my appointments and management of my files went seamlessly, were all so polite, understanding and ready to answer all my questions and make me feel at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place if you are having issues with your hearing or deeper issues related to your ears. You will not be disappointed.
