(November 28, 2019, 8:05 pm)You need to know. It's a BYOB (bring your own box) or BYOE (bring your own envelop). I asked and it was so hard to know if they had envelops to ship a ring. The only thing I have been shown is a pink (metallic color) bubble envelop ??? Very different than the FedEx I was used to in the U.S.
