I woudn't normally bother to leave a review but was just on hold with them and starting reading some of these comments. We've been dealing with them for a few years for service on our commercial dishwasher. I think its a pretty solid company. You can always reach somebody on the phone, they are polite and helpful. Turnaround has been pretty quick on service when I leave the washer in Kingston. To the best of my knowledge pricing is fair. I'd give 5 stars but not all of my dishwasher issues were resolved but that could have been bad luck as these machines need some attention when they get a bit older.
