I wanted to take a minute to say thank you for a job well done.
From the moment she received the first phone call inquiring about installing a pool, she felt confident in Narellan Pools (Earthworks) ability to accomplish her vision of a backyard getaway. Bert and staff took the time to answer all her questions, was very informative, friendly, and so helpful they also offered some very detailed design plans. Bert was very efficient and very professional.
I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anybody seriously considering installing a pool. The durability and very low maintenance of the fiberglass pool in combination with the great work done by your company of planning of the pool has left me secure I made the right decision. We can hardly wait for warm weather and have our pool installed this Spring. Going to put my deposit for my pool today, once the pool is installed this Spring I will add photos of the installation as well.

They build a top quality pool and their customer service is second to none. When we've had issues they've sent a rep immediately to help resolve every issue we've had. This company is growing market share because of their commitment to quality and customer service I can not say enough positive things about each of the staff members I've dealt with at Narellan.
