  Quality Hotel in idéal Waterfront location. Excellent Bistro and Dining Room with top notch culinary delights. Room bar-fridge could be stocked with cold beverages, snacks and such.

  Fantastic customer service!
  Stayed family day weekend and the hotel was quite busy but still every single staff member was cheerful and inviting.
  We also dined in Aquaterra it was excellent, beautiful presentation with nice fresh ingredients.
  Also dog friendly which is so nice to see.
  Definitely recommend a stay here!

  Nice view from the room and the staff were extremely accommodating when I had to check out a day earlier than scheduled. Easy walk to all attractions, I highly recommend walking on the ferry for a quick (free!) ride to Wolfe Island. Beautiful!

  Fabulous location right downtown in the heart of all the action!
  Room was very nice clean and those deep fluffy beds were a delight for sleeping. Breakfast overlooking harbor was delicious... great coffee too.
  Last but not least the hidden gem is the pool, hot tub, gym area was rejuvenating after a night out.
  Thank you very much we will be bk to experience your great service and accommodation. ????????

  Beautiful view from the room and very nice hotel. The toiletries are very good quality. The pool was the perfect temperature and nicely lit blue. You also have a great view of the harbour from the pool room. The beds were very comfortable. I found it odd that a room with 2 queen beds only came with 6 pillows but we were able to get 2 more. We were also able to request a microwave for our room which was nice. Because they have a restaurant in the bottom of the hotel there is no free breakfast. The restaurant is pricey but good food, however food on the kids menu is spicy. To make the room perfect would be a mini Keurig in the room (so that you can brew your own favorite coffee) but they did have the standard in room coffee.
