  Friendly Staff, great rooms for a great price. Was surprised by the size of the rooms; they even come with a small fridge and kitchenette area. Everything was very tidy and clean.

  A great room, great customer service. I had a odd request that the staff met and rose above. I would reccomend this someone else for an overnight visit

  People running the place are friendly. The lady gave a brief introduction about the city and tourist attractions in the neighborhood.
  
  Two queen size beds are comfortable.clean and nice arranged. Four stars are due to hot water is not consistent and fluctuating all the time.
  
  Five minutes to Kingston downtown.

  We enjoyed our stay in a King size room. Great spot for kids as there are two play structures and a cute little gazebo where you could have a picnic. We had a mini fridge and microwave in our room which was quite handy. Continental breakfast was a little sparse, consisting of coffee, muffins, English muffins and toast. No kettle for tea even. Staff were friendly.
