  Not at all serious. Will leave you standing there for close to an hour. Also charges $50 an hour for services.
  Wanted to get a bike, with cash. Was told if I was serious to call Monday and come in. I was ignored and noone answered my call or messages, and went somewhere else in the end.
  
  *edit* with being the only place in Kingston I get the hourly charge rate, just seemed high.
  Was still unimpressed with being told someone would be in the shop "If I was really serious about getting a bike that day."
  Still they know what they are doing and I can't fault them too much.

  These guys are fantastic, The owner(i think?) took the time out of his evening to stay open late to work on my e bike and install new batteries. Amazing service and very nice and welcoming employees. Dont hesitate to go there!

  Brought my ebike in (bought in Ottawa) because the new battery had a different connector cable than the old one. They installed it and sent me on my way. Thanks guys!

  Best place in town by far. Bought several scooters from these guys and they went above and beyond for me everytime. I recommend coming here if your in the market for electric scooters or bikes. You will regret it otherwise trust me.
