The environment is nonjudgemental and always supportive. It makes you feel comfortable to play and have fun and feel sexy. So empowering!

Sensual Serenity Alternative Fitness has such a great feel. I love the space and it's in a very nice neighbourhood. They offer a variety of classes including pole dancing, pole fitness, burlesque, chair, yoga, striptease aerobics, bootcamps, conditioning as well as private one-on-one training! I would love to try the Booty Boot Camp and Latin Showgirls class next time I'm in Kingston! Sensual Serenity's classes are broken down for all levels to enjoy. If you're a beginner and have never tried it before, you will be in good hands. If you're planning a bachelorette or ladies night, this is the place to go to.

As studio owner of Iron X Fitness Inc., I asked Terra to host a teaching workshop to my staff for pole fitness. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and has over 10 years of fitness teaching experience and over 30 fitness certifications. She knows exactly what she's talking about!

Great studio! I have been coming here for over a year and a half and pole fitness is one of the best workouts there is! There are lots of different classes to choose from and everyone is very welcoming and supportive! Give it a try and come join our family!!

Absolutely love Sensual Serenity - I have been going to this studio now for about 3.5 months and have not only fallen in love with pole fitness but the friends I have made here as well. The classes are amazing, the instructors are very knowledgeable and the community is so supportive - I've tried a lot of different classes with Sensual Serenity like flexibility and mobility and pole conditioning - amazing work outs that help build your strength and flexibility to progress with your pole moves! Highly recommended!!!

I absolutely love Pole fitness. The people at Sensual Serenity are amazing. I've been going here for about a year now and loving every step of the way. Everyone who goes there supports each other which is great, really makes you feel comfortable. Feeling comfortable is the most wonderful feeling because since Pole fitness is so different, at first I felt uncomfortable but with the support I get from Terra (the owner) and everyone else just makes it a very positive atmosphere. 😁
