James is very friendly and clearly demonstrated that he can do good work and that he will back up his work. James was very quick to answer our emails and calls and dealt with our computer issue promptly. We will be going back to Qkits Electronics for all of our future electronic needs.

He's got lots of other unadvertised items as well, just ask and he'll make it appear from almost thin air lol!! I browsed the store and observed James go above and beyond for another customer. He soldered some headers to the PCB for a university student who didn't own a soldering iron. I could have stayed hours just to browse and buy even more stuff or even just to chat. You won't find this kind of service anywhere else. Please help support this small business. They wouldn't be here without us and they truly appreciate each customer. It was a pleasure to meet you James. Thanks again!

(July 30, 2021, 12:20 pm)These people were excellent! I'm huge on customer service, which in my opinion is dwindling in this world. Not only was their product knowledge outstanding, they made sure that I knew what I was doing and had the right equipment to make sure project was going to work and I didn't electrocute myself in the process. I would return without hesitation. In fact once you see all the cool stuff they have, you will be back again for subsequent projects too I'm sure.
