She developed an excellent marketing plan and provided expert advice on how to price and show our home. We received many offers and all were above asking. We highly recommend Amy and we would have no reservations whatsoever using Amy again.

I never felt pressured which was important considering the fast-paced nature of the current housing market in the Kingston area. She wasn't focused on "making the sale" and instead focused on my best interests. I was picky in choosing my house (I looked for over a year) and I never felt like she was trying to get me off her caseload. Her insights were invaluable and she truly went above and beyond for me.
