They are very obvious about being notified to watch your actions in the store, I was basically harassed into leaving when I was just looking around because I had a gift card. They were constantly coming up to me asking if I needed help finding anything and I would tell them I am fine thankyou, and eventually I had this employee almost holding my hand through the store with a very displeasing stare. After I decided that I had enough, I went to pay and the lady at the register looked frightened of me. As I walked out of the store, I looked back and noticed multiple employees staring at me over shelves. That was easily the most uncomfortable time experience of my life, especially when an employee followed me across the store and stood beside me in an aisle.
It's a typical Best Buy staffed by young adults. Sometimes you get great service and other times not so much. I avoid buying expensive products there now as their warranty system is not very customer focused or friendly.
Excellent experience buying a new computer. I went in with no idea what I wanted and the man who helped me was extremely patient and helpful, had some excellent tips for me, and was still patient when I went back a few days later to make sure I made the right decision.
I went on boxing day so it was crazy busy! There were tons of employees around though that were helping customers which was great to see, and multiple cashiers open which made the line ups move fairly quickly. They had great deals on TVs that we were looking for and I would rate 5 stars, however, I have 2 children and it was difficult to maneuver my stroller through the aisles as the spaces were very cluttered with products and people.
It's my go to place for electronics and a wide range of other products and services. Usually well stocked with good prices with some exceptional sales. Unfortunately, they seem to be quite often under staffed. When/ if you find someone, they are usually friendly and very knowledgable and helpful.
