  We are very happy with the doctors and staff at Barriefield. We find them to be very friendly and caring and knowledgeable. We never feel rushed and the pup loves them too. I also think it’s the icing on the cake when they call and follow up to ask how the pup is doing after an appointment. Highly recommended! Easy to access and very clean.

  My rescue cat broke his upper left canine tooth and needed an extraction. I did some research and chose Barriefield because I had heard good things from people I know, and Dr. Megan had a special interest in Dentistry based on the website. If your animal's well being is your biggest priority, as well as awesome customer service and clinic atmosphere, then I HIGHLY recommend bringing your pet to Barriefield Animal Hospital. I took comfort in knowing that Dr. Megan was experienced in dental extractions and the procedure went great! I also love that it's a cat friendly practice. My cat is very shy when taken out if his element and I believe it really made him feel more at ease during his stay :)

  Beautiful, clean clinic. Clearly devoted to a low stress environment (as evidenced by my kitten falling asleep while Dr Randall examined her.) Loads of free parking and a quiet, almost rural setting in the city. Highly recommended.

  The vets, vet techs, and office staff at Barriefield couldn't be kinder or more knowledgeable. They have compassionately helped us through some difficult times with sick pets and provide exemplary well pet care. We love Dr. Cam!
