I don’t even recognize me anymore!
My biggest memory is coming to her at 89 pounds and totally vacant and split off from my own self. In 8 months I have gotten back into my feeling body and I finally learned how to breath and learning still how to be ok with and process emotions and feelings. You gotta feel to heal.
Tawny is an excellent teacher and guide and she has the most perfect balance of serious ( passion ) and fun ( play ).
I’m loving the new format and course offerings and cannot wait to see where this takes us as collective seekers! 🕊 -

(December 5, 2019, 2:49 am)I’ve had a hot stone massage as well as a Stump Me session with Tawny. Both were amazing experiences. Tawny is very caring and listens beyond what is said. She helped me on many levels in both experiences. Would highly recommend anything that Tawny offers❤️😊👍🏻

(September 23, 2019, 1:29 am)After having hip replacement surgery, I went once a week for 14 weeks to have Tawny help me regain my balance and strength. It was key in a great recovery. I’ll be having a second hip replacement in early 2020, and will definitely be seeking Tawny’s help again.

I had been in pursuit of a business coach for quite some time when Tawny actually approached me....thank goodness! Within two short sessions, she's helped me gain more clarity and better focus in my brand and biz - something I was really struggling with.
