(November 25, 2020, 5:15 pm)I contacted Jen saying I was interested in a chain for my god daughter. She said she didn’t have at the moment but when she did she would let me know. A couple weeks later she contacted me when a couple came in. I chose the one I wanted and I paid her three email money transfer. My chain was at my house in 3 days. I loved the customer service and the great price. Thanks again Jen.

(March 15, 2020, 1:17 am)Great staff I've been buying from this shop a while now and the staff have always been respectful and they have good customer service skills so definitely a 5 star. good prices ? only thing that kills is they close at 5:00 and I work full time so you might have to take a day off if your in my shoes lol but overall awesome place. ?

She takes pictures to ensure I know exactly what I'm getting and I like it. Customer service doesn't get better than that! Thanks Jen for being AMAZING!!!
