(June 29, 2018, 1:32 am)I had come here to open a bank account with my wife and son but had forgotten to take an appointment. The assistant branch manager (Christina) was so kind and accommodated us in her schedule on a Saturday. She explained all the various plans, pros/cons of each and made sure we got the best plan for us. She also had a big box of toys which my son was able to play with while the account formalities were going on. Awesome experience and I would recommend this branch to anyone for their customer service and friendliness.
