(June 5, 2020, 7:07 pm)I was just in Factory Direct and purchased a portable air conditioner. One of the sales associates named Eric went above and beyond and helped me a lot! His customer service was superb and this man needs a ton of recognition!

I had an issue with a refurbished purchase and they went above and beyond and it was resolved so quickly that it made my first experience with a refurbished item a great one. I was a bit Leary about purchasing items that are refurbished abut after this experience, I have no doubts anymore that this is the way to go!
I will definitely be returning to this store for future purchases!
