Dr. Basker has helped me immensely through very dark and good times. He is a patient, understanding, empathetic doctor and human being. He never game up on me when I was hopeless and lost. He always guided me and supported me no matter what.

Professional, caring and an expert in his field. International experience and has only been in Windsor less than 8 years I am impressed by him and his interest in alternative medicine and treatment forms. We psychiatric patients are difficult to treat but he keeps looking for the best treatment for each individual patient. Is he in a hurry sometimes? Yes but he is the chief of psychiatrist and takes calls. If he he has to see someone sicker I'm not going to whine. Welcome to socialized medicine.
