Extremely satisfied with my shopping experience with OUAC Windsor! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I did my shopping via video chat during the Covid-19 closures and I couldn't be happier! It was easy, convenient and I was able to purchase all of my daughter's summer clothes, some new books and fun, interactive toys in one quick call. When my purchase arrived they were all in perfect condition, some even with original tags! My order was shipped quickly and they even included a bath bomb :)
I can't wait to shop like this again and would absolutely recommend Once Upon a Child Windsor to all my friends and family!

Awesome experience! During quarantine they offer doing $50 bundles for whatever size and gender you need. The choices were great, and it even came with a book, which looks like it's in brand new condition ♥️. Very happy customer! We'll be going back again for sure.

This is a wonderful community store. What's not to love about a place you can get money for your previously loved kids' items and then turn around and buy amazing items for 1/3 the price they are brand new.

Staff are wonderful. They always say hello when I come in and they take the time to explain the selling process and why some of my items weren't purchased.

Store is clean, organized, and easy to shop!
