(June 6, 2020, 9:12 pm)Another great experience at The Running Factory. The service you get here is why I don't recommend buying shoes at big-box stores. The employees know what they're talking about, they fit you properly, and they have a huge inventory so you can get wide or half sizes (both in my case) on the spot.

Staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful, usually it takes my son forever to pick out a pair of running shoes, but with the help of the sales staff it was done very quickly and very efficiently. We were in and out in probably 15 minutes or less.

I had troubles finding a shoe that would work for me, getting back into running after many years, and with a foot which had been injured and which was causing me pain. But the staff was so patient and helpful - particularly Steph, and Andrew - and I'm very grateful to them for being patient with me as I figured out what it was I needed. I don't normally shop at more expensive stores like this one but I feel like not only the shoes I ended up with, but the experience of shopping there, was worth every penny. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
