John went out of his way to help get some replacement parts for furniture out of warranty that wasn’t even sold in Canada anymore. Great customer service.
I have nothing but positive things to say about John and Phoenix. Very straight up with how the delivery stood which I appreciated. The furniture John suggested had me nervous as I was ordering from the computer with pictures rather than visually seeing however, he was spot on. I couldn’t be happier with both the couches and chairs. Time to change the dining room Going back for more.!!
