We were incredibly impressed with Pannunzio’s very quick response to and diagnosis of our sewer line problem and even more impressed with the quality of the job. Our problem was resolved efficiently and quickly and despite the fact that some digging was necessary, the lawn was left in amazing shape. It was a pleasure dealing with Paulo, as well as Mark and the crew, whose professionalism was second to none. There’s no one better in the business and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of sewer or water line repair or replacement, or sump pump installation. Pannunzio is the best!

Pannunzio drainage was recommended by a couple of family members. My father was a plumbing contractor and respected the integrity of character and the quality of work that they did. Marco came to my home and diagnosed a backwater valve problem in a timely, skilled and professional manner. I was a tenant living at a property where the landlord had neglected to fix the sewage line correctly the first time and so it failed while we were living there. Marco called and was very understanding regarding my own timing, was quick and respectful while making the quote.

After the quotes came in I had a hard time pushing my landlord to make the fix as she was a difficult woman to begin with. To complicate things, I was moved out and planning to hand the keys over on the day work began, but he was able to hold onto the keys while worked everything out with the landlord.

Thanks again to Marco for going above and beyond as well as being so understanding of the difficult situation regarding 4 different parties that were involved.

good team of guys that do a quick and efficient job however they removed a self from my wall and a window from the side of my home and neither of them were returned to their place after the work was completed. the clean up was also very minimal but acceptable.

would have left a 5 star review if the 2 items were returned to their rightful places after the job was completed.

Marco came out and gave us an estimate on having work done, within 24 hours of our call. At that time, he stated they were about 6 weeks behind, due to weather.
We signed the contract. They came about 3 weeks later. Very pleased with the work and the employees. The area was cleaned, no one would have known they had been here. The workers were considerate and very professional.
