I have placed the same extremely large and heavy order of shelving for my business four times in the past three years. Each time, I pay an additional fee for inside delivery and a scheduled delivery appointment. My representative from the company I order from carefully arranges this with Day & Ross each time. Three out of four times, the order has shown up at my door with no warning - because of this I had no one ready to assist with unloading the order, and it had to be sent back to the warehouse to wait for an appointment to be scheduled. I don't know why this keeps happening but it's extremely annoying.
I regularly have packages for work delivered to the terminal for pick up. Always a good experience. Quick and reliable delivery. Friendly staff.
