On several occasions our family have visited our Aunt and Uncle at Chartwell Kingville. All staff, the administration, nurses, cook or cleaning staff are nothing short of amazing. They all, have always been courteous and helpful to anyone who walks in their doors. There is not another retirement residence that we could see our Aunt and Uncle at.
From the first time we walked into the Home, the staff have made us feel like family. Each and every one of them have been helpful, accommodating, and answered our many questions. They have made the transition into the next chapter of my Dad's life as smooth and effortless as one could hope for. The service is personal and makes it truly feel like home!
We, my mother and I, were given a tour by Savana. First off she was a lovely, caring and kind person. She gave us an amazing tour of the home. This is an wonder facility (we have seen many) with such friendly residents and staff. We have chosen this home for our loved one!
