(May 18, 2020, 3:56 pm)I bought a water-powered sump pump from the store a few years ago it broke shortly after the warranty expired. I contacted the store and the owner went out of his way to get me a replacement despite the fact that the warranty was expired. Their return policy is excellent they will always back you up if you have an issue with their product they are very friendly glad to have a hardware store down the street I can count on.
