(June 30, 2020, 1:36 am)Tried to EXCHANGE a belt for a different size, that I received it as a gift. Did not have a receipt, but the Denver Hayes clip was still attached. Was barely in the store, when a difficult 'sales associate' informed us that we would have to show ID and it was up to a manager if they would accept an EXCHANGE! Going to try again tomorrow. Hopefully this will be updated with better news. EDIT: Different day, different 'sales associate' much better result. They did not have the size I needed, so she looked at other stores stock and found 1 at the Devonshire Mall store. Went there and made an easy exchange. Would like to give the first associate zero stars and the rest of the team 5 stars. Overall 4.
