  Very friendly staff that keep me motivated and a very good variety of classes from which to choose .

  Almost all of the staff are friendly and the place is kind of clean. The gym is a nice, friendly gym with lots of options. The pool is more for playing then competitions. The other gym is clean. The change rooms are not the best. The family change room doesn't make me feel very comfortable and the girl change room always has some goldfish crackers on the floor or something and people use the washrooms as change rooms which annoys me.

  Polite staff, clean facilities, and friendly crowd. However, you may feel uncomfortable at times. I believe that children under the age of 16 require an adult to accompany them in the gym.

  Here on weekly basis. Place is amazing and the staff are very helpful. Not only do they show me respect, they show my child respect. This is the biggest thing I look for. 5 star experience would be rewarded if the programs ran a bit smoother. Recommend to everyone to experience!
