I had fish and chips for my daughter, she enjoyed very much. Fish batter and fries tasted delicious.

When this place opened, it was good. The food quality improved significantly very quickly and I have not yet been disappointed. Large portions, not soggy with grease, good fries, polite customer service whenever I've visited. This has become my favorite fish and chips place.

BUT!! The past few weeks have seen a steep decline. I'm now wondering if I should call ahead to see if the restaurant is actually open before dropping by. Staff have been working hard trying to cover the front and kitchen and I think that's rough on them, as well as discouraging for potential customers. I recently took it upon myself to fix one glaring problem that you, as the manager, should never have allowed to get that bad. Your kitchen floor was a dangerous slip and slide - a disaster waiting to happen! That's on management if anyone gets hurt. I can imagine it would be disturbing for staff, especially when the restaurant is busy. Your staff certainly appreciated the change and that made my efforts worthwhile.

The food has always been good. The staff has always been polite and efficient whenever I've visited. I'm looking at management as the biggest problem that I'm aware of and hoping you'll step up to the plate and turn things around before your business - and my favorite fish and chips place - goes under.

This place is amazing, the fish is awesome and batter fresh, the fries are crisp and tasty. The coleslaw is the best coleslaw in town. I absolutely love it. I highly recommend Traditional Fish and Chips. If you haven’t tried it yet, go try it out now! The staff is amazing and friendly. They always strive to please each and every customer. I have never had an issue with this place, I am satisfied every single time I come here. Thank you to the staff for giving me nothing but great experiences every time!
