Can't complain about the service because they are all champs there.
They do sometimes have some items sold out, but nothing that took away from the experience.

(February 8, 2019, 3:49 pm)Excellent place to get your pet supplies, especially if you have exotic pets. They have a pretty good selection of feeder fish, crickets and worms. They also have a good selection of small critters for sale as well and the staff is pretty knowledgeable. Prices for some things can be a little pricey but they're an excelent shop!

The cashier on duty offered with mgr approval to refund the cost of the bag upon the return.. extremely pleased with the service. My other fur baby will continue to shop here. Great experience.
