(July 7, 2020, 11:30 pm)The service is great and gets better with each visit! They recognise us when we go in and remember previous purchases. On our last visit, we were asked what we were in for, then we directed to the right place to find the footwear & were reminded of the clearance racks at the back. While they may not have a policy like some other stores of replacing shoes if they're worn-out before being outgrown, it's not necessary because the shoes are of a superior quality and don't wear out quickly.

I can't remember my girls name, but she was blonde hair and very bubbley! I came in with my grandma, and she took her time to make sure my grandma was very well taken care of. The assistant manager also went above and beyond trying to order Birkenstock directly from the company for me, but unfortunately wasn't able to order them until November! But I will definitely be in around November to deal with these same girls! The way they interact is just like family, which I love to see between coworkers.
Just an over all very positive experience ! Will definitely be back ! -

(March 12, 2020, 2:22 am)I was in about 2 weeks ago the day before I left for my vacation. I came in looking for Skechers sandals which I needed that day and I was informed by staff they were waiting to be received. The manager went above and beyond to be able to sell them to me as I was in a time crunch. I also work retail and know great customer service when I see it. I will be back!

Clean store, lots of selection but the prices were kind of high
Discount prices should be more of the actual prices but guess it’s what the times are coming to
Quite a few WIDE CALF boots which was nice to see
