From the plating, to the textures to the seasoning of each dish we were all at awe and full at the end of the night. This is definitely a great experience and we would do this again! Thank you to Chef Tom and his team for a wonderful evening!

(October 14, 2020, 6:48 pm)Wow! where to begin with how incredible our experience was having The In Home Chef cater our wedding this past thanksgiving weekend! The food Thomas served us was beyond your typical wedding food. It was a gourmet meal that all our guests are still RAVING about how fantastic it all tasted! For a 70 person plated 3 course meal, It came out in a very quick and timely manor and the presentation was stunning! After each course, Thomas made sure to come out and check how everything was, which shows just how professional and passionate he is. When deciding in the beginning what we wanted to be our meal options, he was more than accommodating, focused and generous making sure we got exactly what we wanted, which we did. It was a honour having him be our chef on the biggest day of our life, and he blew our expectations out of the water.. it was absolutely PERFECT! We can not thank The In Home Chef and his staff enough!

(January 19, 2019, 5:18 pm)Chef Thomas Waite and his admin staff were amazing to work with from the beginning. Email and phone correspondence was timely and professional. Flexibility and accommodations for dietary preferences were also outstanding.
I had commissioned Thomas to do a birthday party at my house, and the handpicked menu was very well received by guests. Not to mention Thomas' friendly nature. He created a great ambiance in the kitchen as he was preparing the food during the party. The dishes were creative, original, and certainly unique. Thomas is a master in his craft, and his passion for cooking amazing food is instantly apparent!
Nearly all dietary preferences and restrictions can be accommodated. Everything on our menu was either vegetarian or vegan, and was enjoyed by all guests (vegan/vegetarian or not).
Would be happy to hire Chef Thomas for any future engagements. Thanks again!
