  Stew is a great guy and someone you definitely have to meet. The control board in our fridge failed on a Friday night. Some searching around got me the model number and several avenues to purchase but they wouldn't be delivered for at least a week. I called to see if he could help and Stew was great. He didn't have the part but was doing a parts run to his supplier and suggested he just pick it up while he was there for me, charged a small fee and dropped it off on his way by. He confirmed the moderately easy steps to replace the board and the fridge is back online in less than 24 hours. Stew is the type of business owner that we need more of in St. Thomas. Huge thank you and cannot recommend him enough.

  Awesome old school guy who really knows his stuff and good prices (not trying to rip anyone off). Told him what was going on with our washing machine, he was over within 15 minutes. Stew explained the issue to us and how he was going to fix it. He had everything fixed and ready to go in about 40 minutes. Thank you!

  Great old school appliance service from a great guy! Stew services washers, dryers, fridges and stoves. Charges a flat fee plus parts for a service call, and accepts cash, cheque or e-transfers for payment. Will definitely call on him again if we need a repair!

  Stew has repaired many of my appliances, as well as letting me know when it was not worth it for me to pay him to repair them. He has even assisted me when I needed to buy a replacement by letting me know the brands and styles that are likely to be the most reliable. He is honest, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable.

  My washing machine was not working properly and I contacted Stew to come fix it. It was during the holiday season and he did not hesitate to come over right away and fix it. It ended up being a very minor fix and Stew was honest about the price. All around my experience with Stew was an enjoyable one. I highly recommend him.
