  Spotlessly clean and fast service. Very friendly. Food was fresh and tasty too.

  Came for lunch with my wife.
  We ordered the vermicelli bowls with spring rolls.
  
  The spring rolls were very good.
  
  The noodle bowls were disappointing. The grilled meat was not fresh, tasted like day old reheat.
  
  I am a big fan of the Scarborough location, so I was disappointed that this location was so pedestrian in comparison.
  
  The service was not the best.

  When I try out a new Vietnamese restaurant I always try their the rare beef pho first. Pho Metro Asian Cuisine's pho was satisfying. The broth was seasoned perfectly. The amount of meat given was satisfactory. Not too much and not too little. It could be sliced thinner to increase the tenderness of the meat but that's a personal preference. This place will be a hit in Whitby. I would try this place again.
  
  New update: I came here again to try one of their rice dishes. Chicken, pork chop, and a fried egg. It was good. The sunny side up egg was a little too runny for me. Some of the whites around the yoke wasn't cooked. Some people like runny eggs but I'm not a runny egg person. If I was even the option I would have preferred my egg over easy. The meat was seasoned properly and tastes how it should. I could have enjoyed another piece of chicken and a bigger pork chop because they come in thin slices as per tradition to the dish. The sauce that comes with it was bang on. Everything came out luke warm which I would be okay with if it was a vermicelli dish, but I would have preferred it to be a little hotter for a rice dish. Overall the dish was satisfying. They're still establishing their roots so hopefully they can tweak the little things and maintain consistency. Will be back again to try out something different.

  I'm happy this place opened! The food was better than expected for a new place.
  
  I ordered the rare beef Pho, The broth was really good and all the accouterments were great. plenty of beef. My only complaint was the noodles were a bit undercooked. I am still giving a high rating because they are probably working things out.
  
  I also ordered the wings with BBQ sauce, they were really tasty. but they came with Diana sauce. I was hoping for a Vietnamese/asian style bbq sauce.

  I kept passing this place and finally decided to give it a try. The prices might seem high but you are getting big portions. My boyfriend enjoyed is pho soup and I enjoyed my vermicelli noodles platter. My noodles were cold and my meat was warm, not hot. The termperature of the food didn’t bother me that much because it was just delicious. Will definitely come back in the near future!
