  Great place to take your kids and enjoy the outdoors Once a cranberry and apple farm owned by the Lynde family. It is now open free to the public. Preserved habitat so you are able to see wildlife and many species of birds, as it is a migrating resting spot . To protect the wildlife SIGNS ARE POSTED. Often seen (please do not feed the birds bread). And DO pay for parking it helps keep this wonderful place going for generations to learn an explore.

  You can see deer, turkey, owl and eagles. Lots of nice trails to walk around. Awesome place!

  Always a must-stop when coming to the region. Bring seeds or peanuts to feed the song birds (and not ducks or raccoons) and they’ll land on your hand. Well kept trails with different animals each time

  INCREDIBLE scenery and views. Been there 3 times in 2018 on birding expeditions. Found many new birds for my life list. Chickadee Trail is great for interacting and feeding small birds. LeVay trail offers great changes of scenery back and forth from meadow to forest. Lake Ontario trail provides great views of Lake Ontario and Cranberry Marsh. Look forward to many more trips in the future!

  A natural habitat for many animals where people can enjoy observing while walking on several available paths. The conservation area is filled with chickadees, sparrows that will eat from your hands. Not to be left out are squirrels in some cases will climb up your pants for a treat. If lucky, you may even see some wild turkeys. Overall a very relaxing place to visit, but busy on early afternoons during the weekend.
