It has everything-higher end stuff, everyday stuff, the prepackaged meals actually looked amazing-better selection than I have seen for just everyday average meals. Always looking for options for my elderly parents -most were perfect. Prices were great too. Service was good. I did buy a pretty pack of devilled wggs for my parents-cashier put them in the bag sideways-so I came back in and they were replaced(they looked more like egg salad).Produce all looked great and tons of selection
A great little store. I was soooo impressed and will make it a regular. -

(October 30, 2018, 11:19 pm)My favourite grocer around. This place has ambience. It’s a stark contrast to the larger food chains. Fantastic service by staff, and especially by the ones who run the place. My husband and I are fussy shoppers and we are very pleased with all the interactions we have had with everyone there. Their organic section is fabulous - the choices! Keep up the fantastic thing you guys have going there!

(July 4, 2018, 8:19 pm)Hands down the best local grocery store around. Not nearly the size of the big one like sobeys or metro, but everything is great quality. The cuts or meat are always good. The home made sausages are excellent. The bread is the freshest around. The produce seems well maintained and I have even heard them discussing how they only want fresh products out and removed some vegetables off the shelves which still looked good to me. You can tell there is a lot of personal pride in ownership/ of this store. They also have a great little garden section. Everyone is always helpful too.
