  The secretary started laughing at me and looking at me as I am a person that bothers her just because, I decided to ask how long would it take the Dr to see me, because I came, exactly at the time I had my appointment, and it looked like there was like 10 people a head of me, I said; “should I come back in a little bit?” I asked politely.., because I have 2 toddlers at home waiting for me with my teenage daughter and I had to prepare them dinner, and she smiled and raise her shoulders laughing in a careless attitude.., it is up to you!! Laughing at me, and I told her that her attitude wasn’t pleasant and she still laughed and said: ok!!, like she never really cared for calling her attention of such way of helping a patient, however Dr Rubabaza is one of the best doctors I had in my deliveries, I think the attitude of the secretary makes you want to leave the place right away!!..this is an update after 2 days after: “I just will like to add that Dr Rubabaza is an excellent knowledgeable person that takes the time to see each patient in detail that is why the day I went he was a little behind, because of his good practice and I would of waited longer if it wasn’t that I had to go to my commitments, I know the secretary must of been probably wrong, because of her attitude, but we all make mistakes sometimes, I only wish for a more caring attitude from her, but other than that I’ll make sure next time I go to his office to count with some more extra time because knowing how excellent Doctor Rubabaza is, I feel it is worth waiting.”

  I saw Dr. Rubabaza for stress incontinence. I had been told before that I just had to live with it. Dr. Rubabaza told me he could fix it! I had a tvt-o procedure 5 weeks ago and it has changed my life. He is kind and explains things well. ????????

  Dr Rubabaza is a great doctor, he delivered my first son via an emergency c-section 2.5 years ago, and I'm currently going through my second pregnancy with him . His bedside manner is excellent, and he's very good at explaining why he is doing what he's doing.
  
  My ONLY complaint is that they ALWAYS overbook on appointments, if your apt is at 10am, don't expect to actually get it until at least 11. It's very frustrating, especially with a toddler already at home.

  Dr. Rubabaza delivered my son 2 weeks ago and I am so happy and feel so lucky to have had him as my doctor. He was so gentle and explained everything to me. My son went into distress during my delivery and Dr. Rubabaza got him out within seconds. Thank you so much for everything you did for us.
