  I recently stayed at the Colonial for respite after surgery. I must say the staff are truly amazing, very caring and all attentive to your needs. I felt very much at home there and would highly recommend the home to anyone looking for short or permanent stay.

  A wonderful staff that really watches out for my dad physically and emotionally. It is so nice to feel the care and security that is there for him and it is certainly peace of mind for me. Sara and Shannon have gotten my dad involved in euchre, which he just loves to play, as well as many fun themed activities and bbqs that will be starting soon again this year! Many thanks to all for caring and supporting my dad!

  My mother has been a resident at the Colonial for 5 years. She loves it and she considers it “home”.The staff treat her as family and give her the respect and love as if she were their Mom. The residents all look out for each other and enjoy the full schedule of recreational, craft, and exercise activities. Outings and fabulous entertainment round off each full week of activities. I would recommend the Colonial to anyone having to help their parents transition from home to a retirement residence.

  Well it was another great open house at the Colonial yesterday and my dad and I thoroughly enjoyed the activities that had been arranged by Sara and the gang. My dad has been at the Colonial for three years and has always appreciated the social life he has been able to have including the many events such as the dancing, hockey and baseball games to name a few. I would also personally like to thank the nursing staff for the great care that they have given him over the years.
