  Excellent service! Very knowledgeable of the product. Installation was great. Took time to explain what was being done. Courteous staff...laid drop cloths, removed shoes and cleaned up inside and out. Awesome Staff!!

  We received exceptional service from the Brock Windows sales rep Steve. he assisted us with all questions regarding the proper windows to order. We were advised that it would take 2 days to install 14 windows. The 3 installers removed, installed and refinished the windows in 7 hours! I will certainly recommend Brock Windows!!

  I would totally recommend Brock Doors & Windows! We had an entrance door and screen door installed and the workmanship and customer service we received were both excellent. The doors are beautiful, we love them! From my first phone call to their offices through to the guys doing the installation, it was a great experience all around and we really felt like they cared about us, their customer. Installation was completed without a hitch. They were very careful, laying mats down around the work area and everything was cleaned up when they left. We didn't have to do a thing! We will totally use them again for any windows or doors we need.

  Really a 4.8 stars if I could. Very impressed with Brock's professionalism, quality of product, installation and price. I'm always skeptical when dealing with contractors in general but I must say Brock exceeded expectations. From the sales to installation they were very professional and the price for the entry door I had replaced was 15-25% cheaper to similar companies. I like the fact that they are a one stop shop for sales, manufacturing and installation. The only thing keeping me from a five-star is the clean-up. It was good but not perfect. They are aware of it and have addressed it. That said I would highly recommend them and use them on future projects.

  We replaced our patio door and are enjoying the new door. It is exactly what we needed and wanted. Installation was quick and painless. There was a delay in delivery but our sales rep Alan was on top of this. He kept us informed and in the loop. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the product that Brock sold.
